El Tarter is a few miles down the road from Soldeu and has its own lifts providing access to the Grandvalira ski area.
The resort itself is spread out on both sides of the road through Andorra, but no where is far from the lifts or numerous bars and restaurants for those on ski holidays in Soldeu El Tarter. It’s a medium sized resort, with a mixture of self catering apartments, catered chalets and hotels. Many of the hotels are newly built or recently refurbished so the level of hotel
